Smart Computers provide day-to-day support for the computer hardware of around 80 users across our 3 sites together with the related network installations and operating systems. At all times we have found Tim Potts and his team to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to our Company's needs.

All the staff at Smart have taken great care to understand our business, which has enabled them to work with our senior management to provide effective input into our IT strategy. Any concerns that we may have had at the outset when we moved to outsource our IT function were soon allayed and we feel that Smart Computers provide us with IT support that is

more flexible and cost effective than employing our own staff as well as offering a greater breadth of expertise.

In addition we have worked with Smart on a major replacement program of our IT equipment including the replacement of all of our servers across a single weekend.

Smart not only provided the manpower and equipment required but also took a lead role in the management of the project allowing the Management Team to concentrate on running the business. These projects were completed without any major disruption to the business and within the timescales and budgets put together by Smart. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Smart Computers and look forward to a long and happy relationship with Tim and his team.
